Lodgepole is operated by B4 Systems LLC. Return, cancellation, and warranty terms depend on the item. Please review the product listing before purchase and email lodgepole@b4systems.com with questions.

Used display cases marked pickup only are final sale after you inspect and accept them at your scheduled pickup. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for these cases. Please inspect their condition, lights, shelves, locks, keys, and included accessories before acceptance. No manufacturer warranty is stated for these used cases. If an item is materially not as described, email lodgepole@b4systems.com with your order number and details so we can review the issue and provide any remedy required by law.

For other products, any applicable return period or item-specific warranty will be stated on that product listing. This policy does not create a blanket warranty or return period.

To request cancellation before pickup or shipment, email lodgepole@b4systems.com. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. Any refund due will be issued to the original payment method where available. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
