These terms apply to purchases from Lodgepole, operated by B4 Systems LLC. Each product listing states the item's condition, included components, available fulfillment method, and any item-specific return or warranty terms. Please review the listing and contact lodgepole@b4systems.com before purchase if anything is unclear.

Used display cases are pickup-only by confirmed appointment. Inspect the case and its included components before accepting it. After acceptance, those cases are final sale with no discretionary returns or exchanges. No manufacturer warranty is stated for the used display cases. If an item is materially not as described, contact lodgepole@b4systems.com with your order number and details. Rights required by applicable law remain intact.

Prices and any available shipping charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is available only for products expressly listed as shipping-eligible. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Studio visits are by appointment or announced event only.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, Lodgepole will contact the buyer and arrange any refund due. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Return and refund policy and Shipping policy for further details.
